Great Downtown Hotel

The location was good, the lobby was impressive, the premises were clean.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was not very friendly or efficient. Our bathtub and sink did not drain properly. There was water to my ankles when I finished my shower and it took a half an hour to drain after. Sink was also very slow to drain. Staff charged my incidental credit card for room charges when checking out even though it had been prepaid. Had to get a supervisor to correct this.
