At check in time, the computer system crashed making for a long wait time. And the employees of the hotel feeling frustrated. The sheets and blanket on the bed were of poor quality and not comfortable. The breakfast food was not good.

The bedframe in our room was missing a piece that rounds off the corner, crack my shin and knee on it at least 4 times before I shoved a towel over it as a guard.
Mattresses are flimsy and not very comfortable.
Hallways are OVERWELMED with air freshener.
Terribly burnt coffee at breakfast.
My card was also triple charged for the incidental hold, still waiting to make sure all 3 charges reverse.

I liked knowing I didn’t have to worry about safety in that particular not so safe area, thanks to the parking lot security who sat in their car in the parking lot all night.
Negatives:
The bed was very sunken in and lumpy. The ceiling in my room had water damage and was hanging down, Definitely should’ve been repaired before anyone stayed in the room, It wasn’t a small area, 12 in long area at least. The shower didn’t really seem clean it seemed rinsed off (as I found several hairs in shower from previous guests) but the glass door was clean.
