We booked the hotel for a night to rest since we drove for a day, and we still had to drive back home for a day, the rooms are very dirty the mattresses are in a very bad situation, we asked for an other room and same thing.
We had to go and book another hotel to spend the night, since i have kids i can't put them in a risk sleeping on their rooms.

I like this hotel

There weren't enough towels in the room. When I called down they agreed to bring more up but still didn't bring enough so I had to go down myself. There wasn't enough shamppo in the shower. Room wasn't completely clean. When I needed assistance the communication with staff was challenging; not as responsive as most hotels and seemed confused. The cost of the room was very high what you were getting.
