Positives: Everything
Negatives: I did not like how the person that checked me in, I know he mis name started with a C, Clark or Craig maybe, told me to insert my card, I did, but he said it times out, so then I had to insert another card to pay for the room. I still have a holding charge in the first charge and he had the nerve to blame me for his mistake. What about if I didn’t have the funds available to place an additional hold? He is a know it all that didn’t know enough in regards to that transactions. I had to show him the hold in the first card because he claimed it didn’t take. Horrible customer service. Just apologize and admit the mistake.
