That they had a pool and breakfast

We found a bed bug, there were holes in the curtains, dresser drawer was broken, hole in the chair, coffee maker and hair dryer were broken, bathroom fan was broken, no smoke detector, pool had a dirty film around the sides, holes in the walls, and the breakfast included a twinkle, a water, a banana, and a granola bar.

I was extremely disappointed in everything

The chair was burnt, the lamp that burnt it was broken, the outlet was burnt and not working, the wall was busted, room was dirty, carpet felt nasty, blankets were a joke nothing like pictured online. Those pictures must be years old!! The elevator need work. People smoking weed and cigarettes everywhere a worker walking around spraying crap.. the room smelled like straight pee! No smoke detector the bathroom barely worked only sometimes turned on. The first switch didn't work either. 2 outlets burnt! Pool had people acting drunk and my family couldn't even enjoy anything. We saw or heard of no breakfast either.

Rooms were dingey..and very outdated. Holes in carpets and drapes. Tears in upholstery of chair in our room. No breakfast...breakfast room and lobby bathrooms out of order. Dirty elevators. Staff not friendly. 2 other persons in lobby wanting refunds. Security sliding lock broken. Slept with ironing board wedged in foyer and chair against door for added safety.
Looks like they had many problems and workers on roof. Hedges trimmed ..but branches laying everywhere. Needs major updating . Cleaning and repairs.
