It was very close to activities in Columbus, a great central location close to downtown.
Negatives:
It was not very clean, there was mascara on the towels. Couch was dirty- looked like some kind of dog hair. There was no WiFi streaming to tvs so joy access to Netflix or any streaming services- I did check before hand and assumed.

The breakfast was good, The location was perfect and very close to the airport. There's also a shuttle bus on property that operates from 4am to 11pm. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice quiet spot. There's a 24/7 tea and coffee station and also some restaurants outside the hotel.
Negatives:
There's nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. This will always be my hotel to come to whenever I come back. If you want to relax this is the hotel for your quiet peace of mind.

The staff was very rude to me after I found a bed bug in room 208. They accused me of having a big party when that was lies. They were racist individuals and very disrespectful. The girl Jaya at the front desk and the man who work 3rd shift wouldn’t even shut room 208 down. Just disgusting.

hotel staff didn’t seem to care when issues arise, simply brushed it off or blatantly told us that they don’t know. house keeping also didn’t do anything besides grab dirty towels, they ignored the full garbage cans.
