Negatives:
Charged twice for a room with no ac or fridge. Booking.com said call property after promising our card wasn't going to get charged by them, property charged the card and then booking did too. No one is willing to refund the charge, they both point to the other side. DONT USE BOOKING.COM OR GO TO DAYS INN. RIPPED OFF AND NOT WORTH ONE CHARGE LET ALONE TWICE. SAVE YOURSELF FROM DEALING WITH WHAT WE ARE

Charged twice. Once at property once by booking.com and no one is helping. Property owners say call booking.com, and booking.com says call the property. This is after the confirmation said on my email that booking.com would not be charging our card, only the property. Lies. They charged us again for the same room and so far, no response. Got to hotel first room, no fridge, second room no air conditioning and he refused to move us to another room, put us BACK in the room with no fridge. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Low quality everything, customer service was bad and It wasn't worth what we paid, let alone TWICE and now we're stuck with a credit card charge for a room that was the worst room I've ever stayed in. 5 stars? Try 1 or less. Save yourself the headache and don't use booking.com OR go to the Days The Inn

The bed was hard and every time I got in/out of it, it made a loud clanking noise. The bathroom was a little dirty and there was also what looked like blood on the wall/frame by the bathroom.
