Negatives: MOLD IN THE INSIDE WHERE THE REFRIGERATOR SAT AT

Negatives: The staff was so egregiously unhelpful almost to the extent of hostility. I had to threaten to write a negative public review for them to consider my request for a refund on a room with an unacceptable series of non working amenities. I had rented the room earlier and when I went back to make use of it I began to notice these issues. I called the office to request recourse and they said I was too late and didn't qualify for a room change at that point. Upon being made aware of my intention to offer a public account of this experience, they dismissively offered me $20. This, however, in no way speaks to my previous experiences with this property, I stay with them occasionally and will do so again. I can only hope this was simply a bad apple hiccup that they can quickly repair rather than evidence of a more insidious deterioration in their service level . I did not like it. I would have taken a full refund and left had I been given the option

Negatives: Nothing,the pool was full of people drinking alcohol so it wasn’t safe for my kids the staff didn’t speak English the WiFi didn’t work the people in other rooms banging doors all night the toilet wouldn’t stop running too much money for the stay and didn’t have breakfast
