Beds could’ve been WAY better. Never slept on a regular mattress but feel like I’m sleeping on a water bed. The place overall smelled like pee. The microwave was apparently stolen, and we didn’t have one in our room. Our room keys kept deactivating even though we have a weekend stay.

We walked into the lobby to check in and were immediately on high alert as it smelled awful and looked pretty rundown. Then while I was giving my name to the clerk, another guest ran in freaking out because he came out of the shower to find multiple cockroaches crawling all over his stuff. He had caught one and showed us all. We then asked to see our room before checking in and it was not very clean at all and had a bad smell and we did see some spiders and bugs and I am pretty sure if we looked longer we would have found roaches. The clerk told us the room was on the 2nd floor and that the cockroaches don't go up there. In the end it was just way too gross, not at all like the photos. I asked for a refund and it's been several days and surprise surprise, the owner is not responding and booking.com won't give a refund unless they respond. Not holding my breath.

People wait until 12:30 AM to begin loud noise and partying and yelling right in front of the doors. This continues till almost 4 AM. I was there on two separate occasions. I hesitated the second time because of the experience in September. I will definitely not return. I value sleep in a hotel experience. I didn’t get much here.

It was right across the street from event I was attending.

Had to constantly ask for our room to be cleaned and for fresh towels. I asked for the staff to bring a broom and I would clean it myself I was so frustrated. They eventually cleaned it.
Arrived to find a pair of woman’s underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We both had multiple bites from bed bugs. I have never been where they have bed bugs. You couldn’t sit on the end of the beds without them flipping up. Very dangerous if an older person was to sit on the end of the bed.

The location was good and the price but that was all.
Negatives:
The rooms were disgusting! The room that I paid for looked like it had not been cleaned in months! The sheets were dirty, the wall was smeared with dirt and had holes in it. The TV was so dirty you couldn't see the screen and the floor had not been vacuumed. The toilet looked like someone had just used it. When I complained, they put us in another room that was one step up - it was still dirty and it had no dresser for our clothes. Everything had barely been wiped off and the refrigerator looked like it had been rolled around in the parking lot.

Super close to the quarter horse Congress and the price was cheap. I knew it would be sketchy but for the simple Convenience of its location, it was the winner.
Negatives:
The room for sure needed a facelift there were holes behind the doors, bathroom floors, shower, and towels dirty with hair all over, and huge bubbles in the drywall from apparent water damage.
