It was where my training was hosted.
Negatives:
The bathroom doors did not shut and we had to use washcloths to keep them shut.
The hallways were not vacuumed or tidied (it took 2 days after check in for a dirty glass on the foyer table by the elevators to be removed and a wine glass that stood in the hallway by a room for the same amount of days).
There was no sundry items available for purchase.
The soap dispensers in the main corridor of the meeting area did not have soap refilled the entire stay…only one dispenser out of 5 had soap.
There was no notification of water shut off on the morning of check out…my husband couldn’t complete his shave.
The room in which my training was in had no air conditioning the whole time during my training…it was 87 degrees in the room.
The evening that we were going down to swim the pool was not clean and looked like it was being drained. I questioned the hotel staff and they didn’t know anything about it. They came to the pool area and called maintenance. Upon which the maintenance man called his boss and his boss said he was the one that was draining it “because it was nasty”. It was disgusting…chunks of hair in and around the pool and scummy water.
Needless to say I will NEVER stay here again or suggest anyone else does either.

I ordered a fillet mignon for supper- room service- got a call no fillet. Ordered a ribeye-got a call no ribeye. UGH Ordered a hamburger and salad. veggies were stale and tasted sour. Horrible experience with the restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast while we were there, the breakfast staff was awesome....especially the omelet chefs!! Should we come into the area again I would def stay here.

Nothing bad to say....my family and I enjoyed our stay and felt safe. (We were 3 women traveling with a 4 year old)
