The morning of check out, housekeeping barged in our room at 7:53am. Never in my life of traveling and staying at hotels has this ever happened. She hurried up and left but what made her think it was okay to come in an occupied room before 8am. She totally messed up our sleep.

Its location was good. The pool had a cool waterfall. Service was great and friendly and the premise was clean.
Negatives:
There were several minor things wrong with our room. This included: a broken sink plunger, the bathroom door knob was broke, hot water took a long time to get hot sometimes, and the shower faucets was loose like it may fall off the wall soon. The biggest issue was the key card not working to unlock the door. We ended up making about 5 extra trips to the front desk to get our key cards reprogrammed. One time we had to do it twice to get back into the room. Staff was notified about the doorknob and we told them not to worry about fixing it as we could still use the door.

Positives:
The breakfast was wonderful, sooooooo many choices and custom made eggs as well. The happy hour was also great! The bar staff were very friendly and it was a comfortable environment to relax in the evening. Food from the restaurant was very good.
Negatives:
Our room was very noisy as we faced the freeway. We did not learn until we checked out that we could have asked for a different room. Our mistake. Luckily with the living area in the front of the suite, one of us was able to utilize the pullout sofa bed.
