The hotel is being renovated. There is piles of trash in the back parking lot. There is NO GYM OR SWIMMING POOL as advertised online... the whole 2nd floor was closed. The fire alarm went off multiple times including at 130am. The free breakfast was mediocre. There was a peice of broken glass in my shower. The cable TV didn't work so they switched me rooms. The lights in the bathroom are on sensors and kept turning off while I showered. I stayed in one if the newer rooms, it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. But they should notify guests upfront about renovations

I booked the hotel specifically because of it having a gym and a pool. I received an email the day before arrival that due to renovation on the second floor, the gym on the first floor was closed. And I learned from one of the desk clerks that they had not had a pool in a year, although a pool is still listed as one of the amenities of the hotel. I was in town for a music festival so finding another hotel was impossible and was the only reason I stayed.

The hotel was under renovation and didn't have breakfast or only one working elevator. The phone in the room didn't work. It was a horrible stay. I would like some sort of compensation.

The room was very nice and the hotel location is close to everything

The hotel is undergoing renovations so it looks a little rough on the outside. They didnt a have much of breakfast selection but fortunately there is McDonald that you can walk to across the lot.
