The hotel was under renovation and didn't have breakfast or only one working elevator. The phone in the room didn't work. It was a horrible stay. I would like some sort of compensation.

Could not enter the hotel too much construction the hotel should not book guests until construction is complete. You could not enter thru the the front door. One you entered the back door you needed to step over tile saws extension cords and more.

we had package delivered to property, they couldn't find it at first, took three days for them to find and they opened it! Kept asking what was in it, that was not for them to know, Federal offence! property is under construction, never said this at time of booking elevator some what works breakfast was to go, fruit was old, breakfast sandwiches were the microwave ones no laundry facilities pool was closed left early, not what we thought, Sheraton used to be known for classy and upscale hotel, guess they proved us wrong!

Hotel is under construction. Even though I was put in a newly renovated room, there are some design flaws like no overhead lighting so room is dark, tv streaming barely worked and very dirty due to construction. No restaurant or other features open due to massive construction
