It was not clean and unsanitary, the pool was disgusting with snot and hair in it, mold on the walls & ceiling. The beds were uncomfortable. The night stand had something sticky all over it and the refrigerator did not work.

Some one open my room door in the middle of the night and get into my room and early in the morning they tray again, both times I let the people in the lobby and they dont even come to see what happened

Firstly, the elevator was broken (not a huge deal). The first room we were given was either already occupied or had not been cleaned. We were offered a second room had a clogged toilet filled with TP and Poop. Someone who was staying on the 3rd floor stated that someone was knocking on the doors and running away. I was offered a 3rd room but at this point I didn't feel comfortable staying here.

Staff was incredibly rude and hostile. The manager on duty was aggressive and the front desk staff was not properly trained to do the bare minimum tasks. No apology was offered even after the staff recognized their errors.
