Stayed at the hotel with the impression of free parking and free airport shuttle. Was not the case in that we were told we couldn't park at the hotel for a week since we didn't book thru Hampton! Very frustrating! Our shower could not be adjusted in the water temp and was way too hot! Just a bad experience. No one tried to accommodate us.

The reception was rude and abrupt. The room he assigned was not made up or clean. When we approached him about it we felt that his attitude was saying it was our fault not his or the hotels problem and we should accept what we were given. When he re-assigned us to a different room the room had no remote. We again went to the front desk and asked for one. we waited for the remote. He took his time in responding. We went back to our room. An hour later he was able to find one. When he brought it too us he pounded on the door and gave it to my wife without so much as a word or an apology for the inconvenience. I doubt I will stay at The Hampton any time soon.
