Management could be better. Multiple small things that added up. Twice Saturday morning I talked to front desk about changing sheets on king bed and making up sleeper sofa or at least leave sheets for it as there were none in room. (I’d been sick and my husband was arriving that day. I wanted fresh sheets for him.). After a long day moving my daughter into her apartment we arrive to find nothing had been done in our room: no sheets, we were out of towels, and our trash was full. We were told we should have requested room to be serviced and they acted as if there was no record of my two morning conversations. On sunday the tv stopped working in the room. My husband called and six hours later still no repair. I called and suggested they just switch the tv for another. We were told first they couldn’t “find” the maintenance man, then when I called—after hearing nothing for six hours, we were told maintenance man had gone home and they couldn’t switch out a tv. They did offer to allow us to change rooms but we were tired and didn’t. Another small thing but telling: the black tea bags were out of stock in the lobby. I asked several times when they could restock especially since I knew the breakfast area had some. I was told the breakfast stock was locked up (seems odd) and even the next day they weren’t refurbished. I would think manager would just send someone to Kroger to buy some. The facility was nice. But overall there didn’t seem to be good management.

The location was excellent for me. The service of the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was adequate and acceptable.
Negatives:
The electronic key did not work, but the staff thought to give me a card key because they said they had problems with the electronic key. I would follow up to find out why that doesn't work at this hotel.

The view from the window was nice. The breakfast was good. The elevator was quick. It felt safe there. You can get hot tea in the evening. Pet friendly. Easy area to take dog out.
Negatives:
My gosh the walls are thin! I heard people the entire time. I’ve never slept worse, and never will I be beside the elevator again in my life. There are the hardest beds and worst pillows. Water goes everywhere from the shower. The temperature wouldn’t stay constant in the room. The pool was kinda chilly. No housekeeping.
