When we arrived we tried to get valet parking and they said they couldn't park my truck because of its height. I then drove it around the block to find the height limit was four to five inches above my truck. They were obviously simply afraid to park it. We attended the 3:30 pm showing of TSO and spent some time walking around the area.
Upon returning to the hotel we were told the bars in the hotel were closed but we could walk across the sky bridge to the other tower. When we got there, we were told it would only be open until 9:00 pm. The only option for breakfast was in the same tower which cost $26 / person. For the price we paid I expected a much better experience.
We will never stay and pay the price for this hotel again. Premium price for a C rate stay.

Appearances can be deceiving! Watch out for deceiving practices. Paid over $500 for one night stay. Room not cleaned. No bar soaps or other things in the room. Breakfast not included in this high price per room? The wanted to change another $55 for breakfast? Also they are charging $38 for self park if you pay at the front desk. Ended up not paying there but paid in the garage as I exited and only had to pay $22. Why is the hotel charing $38 for self parking and everyone else parking in the garage pays $22 per night???
If you value your money go stay elsewhere not at this money hungry fools!!

Cleanliness was on point here along with the most comfortable beds EVER. Parking was good but the price of self parking for one night was a little steep. Out 10 this place is for sure a 9 plus! Thanks Hilton for a wonderful stay.

Self Parking price was a little steep but overall for what we needed we wouldn’t have parked elsewhere. It took a second to figure out the parking garage as you enter on a different level and parking for the Hilton is on the first level. Once we left for the evening and came back, it was then I realized if we find our way to level one we had less of a walk to the side entrance to the hotel.

Cleaning staff never left enough towels, toilet paper, water, tissues. I had to constantly call the front desk to bring some up. The cleaning was touch and go, sometimes the room felt clean but another day it didn’t feel as clean. The basin in the bathroom filled with water that took forever to drain.
