They provided a very poor experience during the check-in process (which occurred at midnight). They refused to accept cash payments, and their machine was not working to process online payments. Additionally, they did not offer any other option to accept our credit card or any alternative method of payment.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to Easton Town Center, Airport, and Downtown, Access to 270 is very close and convenient. The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Negatives:
The room wasn't cleaned very well. The shower had hair in it still and the shower curtain was dirty. This was absolutely disgusting. We asked for another curtain and was totally ignored. We waited for them to bring one up and was delayed with starting our day. We ended up washing up in the sink. After several conversations later we came back to the room that night to the same dirty curtain. We had to go back down and ask again. We had to wait 1 hour before they came up with another dirty replacement. We gave up. We asked for towels and was given two towels that's it. No wash clothes, no hand towels. Just 2 towels. The staff at the desk was nice and as helpful as they could be. They couldn't get the help from the managers at all. The communication from the staff to the managers and housekeeping is extremely POOR!!! When we asked for towels from housekeeping in the hallway, the lady had clean towels missed with dirty towels in the bin that she reached into to give us the towels. I declined the towels at that point.

As we were checking out and taking luggage to our vehicle we find the handle ripped from the door and scratches all along side it. Someone attempted to break into and possible take it. We were later told by staff that this happens on a weekly basis and that we were lucky they didn’t take it. Also finding out that another vehicle on the same property was successfully broken into during the night. If it is this often something like this happens the property should take precautions and have security detail. It was convenient enough that our vehicle information wasn’t taken by staff at check in. So we find this out as we are leaving instead of being informed by staff. Do not recommend this location. How pitiful.

Positives:
The room was great, clean. Love the updated bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, pillows too soft.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not the greatest, but I think I am quite picky. The scrambled eggs were full of water, the sausage patties were raw on the inside. I also wish hotels would leave the pool open later. People like myself, who are not traveling with children, and spend the days in the city would love to take a dip after hours when we are finally able to relax and unwind. Its not like a lifeguard is on duty any other time. Put an age limit on the evening swim, anything to allow us all access to the amenities you provide to us.
