Nothing took 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee. No plates on the counter I ask for a clean plate and after 30 minutes I just left. Sign said 600 am till 10 was there at 615 the next morning was told we don't open till 700 in which they took the sign down
Negatives:
Our fridge in the room did not work I reported it to the front desk. Never got fixed the whole stay so we had to relay on a small cooler we packed for the ball games.

All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful with the exception of one person. A lady that sat at the desk in the Food area. But a young Spanish lady made up for it, and was able to accommodate us.
Negatives:
We had to send down for iron and ironing board a woman working in the Food area older Caucasian was very disrespectful, but a young Spanish woman made up for it and helped us out
