Positives: The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Everything was clean and well put together. There is a small shop for drinks and snacks. The prices are high but I expected that. Our room had plenty of space. The beds were not super comfortable but everyone has a different idea of what comfortable is. The pool was cloudy but I'm sure they have to over chlorinate.

Negatives: The beds were quite firm but to each his own. The elevator could definitely use some work though. There were times that we just took the stairs because we weren't too sure we wouldn't get stuck in it. There was something going on with a sewage thing, I think because on our second day there the hallway smelled of sewage. That's a possibility no matter where you go though.
