They seemed ill prepared for us to arrive. We had originally booked for a family of 6 but ended up having someone watch 2 of the kids so we were just 4. We only had 2 towels in the room and when we requested more there were none available (eventually they were left outside the door but we shared the towels as we needed them before they were brought) the sink faucet was just barely attached (but it worked) the couch was dirty and stained one of the lamps was missing a bulb and the air-conditioner made very loud banging noises (and wasn't working properly) and made it hard to sleep well at night. I know the hotel was booked so there was no need to complain but definitely not worth the amount of money we paid.

The rooms and facilities were great.
Negatives:
There were over a dozen vehicles broken into over a 2 night stint. Including mine and and it's a regular occurrence there. They fail to tell people of this issue and didn't seem to care about it really. Let us all use a garbage bag tape and vacuum....
