Actually, my room appliances was not working. I called the front desk. The immediately move me to another room. The issue came when I took my Granddaughter to breakfast. My 4yr old drinking orange juice got a mouthful of gray slime mold.
Positives:
We really like the layout of the room and the suite in general. We also enjoyed the well equipped fitness center and the pool.
Negatives:
The sofa bed was absolutely horrible! It was all springs visible to the eye & no padding, completely unacceptable. Nobody including kids should be expected to sleep on that mattress. That definitely messed up our sleeping arrangements, but we made do.
