Negatives: Worst hotel experience ever. I’ll never stay in this location again or with Hilton. This was my first Hilton experience! I expected more. At first the manager Shawn (or Sean, I didn’t pay attention to how it was spelled. Forgive me if I am wrong) was really pleasant. He had a great personality and was high energy. Upon booking he accidentally charged my card for full price after he had seen that we already paid on Booking. He told me to pull out my card and did not seem worried we would be charged. The next morning (we checked in Wednesday at 3pm) my husband had noticed the full amount was pending to be taken out of our bank account. We stayed at this hotel for work related reasons. Not for fun. The manager was not at the hotel the hours we needed him. The other staff members could not resolve or help with the issue. Two were sympathetic but could not help. Kayla was one of them. One was just downright rude. While asking for assistance one morning another customer in front of us had the same issue we did. We tried calling Homewood Suites main customer service line (not the hotel we were staying at because we knew that would not be helpful) and the person responding had said that Booking should not have charged us and that Booking had to refund us. We called Booking and they opened an investigation. Actually, while calling Homewood Suites customer service and Booking I ended up falling out of my chair because I was so upset and not paying attention. I was just focused on somehow trying to get the almost $500 back. That was embarrassing for me. We headed to the work event and one of the staff members, Kayla had called back saying that they canceled the pending transaction. We knew we had to come back because there was conflicting issues. The customer service said it was Bookings fault, and the hotel was now saying that they canceled their transaction from Wednesday. We had to break away from work to come back to resolve this issue while Shawn was there.

Positives: Our room was upgraded to a suite for just an extra $8 through Booking.com. The two rooms were huge, with one including a living space, full kitchen, dining room table, a pull out couch, and a full sized chair. The other was a spacious room with two queen beds and the full bath. I was so grateful for the good night's rest!

Positives: It was very modern and on a smaller scale. The suite that we rented was equipped with a kitchen and utensils. Everything was super clean, super quiet. The staff was extremely friendly. our room was in a good location. We had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this facility and or come back here if I were in the area.
Negatives: Absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. The only con was that their bar is closed due to low staffing? They have alcohol alcoholic beverages for sale at the front desk, though as a convenience.

Positives: Very clean, tons of parking, close to sheetz.
Negatives: Our rooms weren't ready when we got there to check in. The manager took care of it and we got settled in. But the front desk attendant could have had some better customer service professionalism. They were very frustrated at the computer and were openly complaining about the previous shift workers.

Negatives: The staff at check in and out were incredibly rude. Had some issues they weren’t interested in helping us with, so had to talk to a manager early the next morning, the manager was as pleasant as could be and indeed helped us. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom was scummy, the toilet clanked and rocked when sitting. Not what I expected.

Negatives: I reserved a room with a balcony, but when I checked in at the hotel, they informed me that it was not available. they offered me a room on the ground floor which was very dirty and full of ants. The sink in the bathroom did not work.

Positives: Suite style, sm full sized fridge, cook top and a microwave. Separate bedroom, comfortable bedding...ample pillows. TV easy to operate.
Negatives: Near the airport, planes were able to be heard in the parking lot and lobby, but I didn't notice anything from my room.
