Comfortable bed. Pleasant decor. The breakfast was nice.

The shower had very little water pressure so it took quite a while to get my hair wet, wash it and rinse it. Rooms were not well insulated. We did not sleep well. We had difficulties falling asleep because we could hear someone talking loudly in the room next-door at 12:30 AM. We were woken up at 7:30 AM to someone repeatedly pounding on either the wall behind our bed or the floor/ceiling above.

Positives:
The room was very clean and nice with a thick and soft bed, a couch, a desk, and a large shower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of options, freshly cooked and very delicious. The pool was lovely, it is salt water and kept at a very nice temperature and had a shower to rinse off with right beside it. The internet was fast and secure and worked well with multiple devices. They supplied a ton of towels and toiletries and a lot of extra toilet paper in our room. My room location was very convenient, right next to the elevator. And the hotel was in an excellent spot, super close to downtown. Overall, it was an exceptional hotel for a surprisingly affordable price!!
Negatives:
The pool room was very echoey and it got extremely loud if too many people were in it—it could benefit from some sound dampening. Additionally the shower door in my room had a little gap at the bottom and that led to it leaking a little bit onto the bathroom floor. The toilet also felt a little bit cramped in its location. But all of these complaints are very minor!!
