Positives:
I had a fee issues while staying at your location. My hairdryer was broken, my room key stopped working and when housekeeping cleaned my room they failed to restock the coffee bar leaving me with no coffee or sweetener for the morning. Your front desk staff was amazing and each issue was corrected promptly and with a smile. The manager Grayson, was extremely pleasant and even brought me a new key card while I waited in the hallway outside my room.

A few issues, but staff...
Positives:
The entire hotel was immaculate and smelled amazing when you walked into the lobby! The room was perfect and could not hear any outside (hallway and street) noises. We had a minor plumbing issue and they were there immediately to fix it. We encountered several staff members during our stay and everyone was very polite. Breakfast had a very large variety and everything was hot and fresh. Free parking is a public parking deck across from the hotel and it was very great! The area is a very nice area, well taken care of and little traffic.

There isn't anything that we were not happy with. Everything was great and will be sure to stay at this hotel in the future if we travel to this area!

I liked the free and easy access parking garage.
Negatives:
The breakfast was ok but it was too crowded with nowhere to sit. The room was terrible-the bathroom was SO SMALL and looked old and worn out. The room was decorated with dark wood everywhere-and dark carpet...was too dark and just small over all for a $300.00 a night room. There was barely a closet in the room and it didn't have a door on it. Our room phone didn't work and there was old tape pieces stuck to the outside of our door. Just not a luxurious feel at all to this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly enough but SO quiet and unapproachable it was mostly uncomfortable.
