No luggage trolleys were available st check in or check out. My daughter and I had heavy and several pieces of luggage and required two trips to get to and leave our room. I was told there were two trolleys. I think few more trolleys on the premises would be helpful to your guests

The location was great. Could walk to multiple restaurants on a safe pedestrian friendly street.

The room was too humid but that's an issue with many hotel rooms. You can make it colder but the damp doesn't go away.
