Outstanding hotel, plenty of room...
Positives:
Room was very good size and the great location for price. Shuttle was extremely helpful to travel to and from convention center. Staff were always helpful when I asked them questions or for assistance.
Negatives:
I wish the pool had been covered or sound proofed. It made it difficult to relax in the room during the day. Having a few more baggage carts might also be a good idea as it seemed like there were only two.

No luggage trolleys were available st check in or check out. My daughter and I had heavy and several pieces of luggage and required two trips to get to and leave our room. I was told there were two trolleys. I think few more trolleys on the premises would be helpful to your guests
