Positives:
The staff were amazing, super nice, and accommodating. They took great care of us. The location was perfect for our concert at Nationwide Arena. Check-in/out was smooth and easy.
Negatives:
The beds were awful. They were somehow uncomfortably squishy without being soft. The lighting in the room could have been better. There were a lot of lamps, but none of them were very illuminating.

Positives:
I like that it was close to places I wanted to go , that it was clean, had a coffee shop, restaurant and convenience stores also staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The hotel is very big and accommodating to big groups and organizations which is fine but we had a bunch of young adults around on our floor and in the rooms beside us that were very loud and I heard a lot of clicks at the door like someone trying to open our door.
Hated your brown cheap toilet paper!

Hotel was very clean, staff members were all very polite and welcoming - I guess our conference group are pleasant to work with :)

Our bathroom fan didn’t work or we didn’t have one at all? Either way it was a mild inconvenience. Also didn’t love the auto-lights on the beds - too bright and stay on for too long.

My $100 security deposit was never refunded back to me, not matter passed 10 days after my stay and we left the room y the same conditions it was before we stayed there.

That my bill said 44.00 dollars add to my credit car for parking deck, but on credit card statement it was charged 50.00. Not right!
