Poor choice of cereals - heavy on the sugars. The rented room was clean, the receptionist was overworked. The door to the pool wasn't functioning properly.
Negatives:
All of the exercise equipment was malfunctioning. The pool surfaces were slippery. The water didn't look clean. No instructions for operating the tv remote.
