A good hotel for us right off the highway, especially for staying with our dog. The room was spacious and clean and really nice.
Negatives:
We were told that they did not have any cribs, but on booking it was stated that there were cribs available. The corridor of our floor smelled very strongly of weed.

The front desk gal was very nice and helpful with all the room issues.

Our first room the room door handle was broken and the key cards didn't work. I had to go to the front desk 3 times before finally getting a new room and then the key cards still had issues. The pool you had to find someone to open the door everytime because their key cards didn't work. The property is very poorly remodeled, the bathroom door wouldn't even close.

The pool was heated and the gentleman working the desk was nice and did his job for being the only worker for the amount of people he had to deal with. Breakfast was ok. Good location.
Negatives:
It was very very loud. So many people that had no respect for others. The Teenagers were very disrespectful of the toddlers and parents that was in the pool. One jumped on my 4 yr old son in the pool. Pool door was broke so had to get the only worker to open it anytime you needed to go in. It’s Old, outdated, somewhat dirty hotel. Beds are very uncomfortable. Don’t stay on bottom floor sounds like a heard of elephants upstairs all night. Only time it was quiet was from 1am-5:30am.
