Negatives: Everything. We walked into our hotel room and it was hot and smelled like dog. The TV was not a smart Tv so no Netflix or anything of the sort. The pillows were dirty and 2 of them didn’t even have an actual cover on the pillow, just a pillow case. The coffee maker did not work. The bathtub was filthy on the bottom. There was still toothpaste spit all over the sink from previous tenants. Also the fan in the bathroom did not work, which wouldn’t have mattered except i was sitting on the toilet and brown water started dripping onto my head from the condensation in the vent after showering. We turned the AC down and waited to see if it cooled down the room and it still was blowing warm air, given it was a 95 degree weekend in Ohio. We told the front desk who told us to turn it off for 30 mins and then put it back on, we did that and it did not work. We then waited 45 mins for maintenance to come. Maintenance arrived with a fan and a washrag. He wiped the filter off on the AC, didn’t even re check it, and said “that might help, but i brought a fan just incase. Have a good night!” Please keep in mind we had the window open to cool off, and it was 86 degrees outside. We could not book any other hotel because they were ALL booked in Columbus because of a concert. The hotel could not switch our room to one with working AC because there were no rooms available. We tried to get them to switch our room for Sunday night, but they would not. We attempted to get a refund so we could leave and go stay at another hotel, and they only gave us $65 of the $350 that we spent for the 2 nights.

Positives: A good hotel for us right off the highway, especially for staying with our dog. The room was spacious and clean and really nice.
Negatives: We were told that they did not have any cribs, but on booking it was stated that there were cribs available. The corridor of our floor smelled very strongly of weed.

Positives: The front desk gal was very nice and helpful with all the room issues.
Negatives: Our first room the room door handle was broken and the key cards didn't work. I had to go to the front desk 3 times before finally getting a new room and then the key cards still had issues. The pool you had to find someone to open the door everytime because their key cards didn't work. The property is very poorly remodeled, the bathroom door wouldn't even close.
