staff was very rude, lost power and did not come back on for hours, room was dirty, towel rack was laying on the floor broken, staff cleaning rooms at 3am and banging stuff against the wall waking us up, charged $30 for a stain that wasn't ours and refused to give us the rest of the money, the pictures on booking.com look nothing like the actual room.

It was convenient to get to the shoes on the early morning!
Negatives:
Bathroom was not the cleanest and the floors were sticking. Also l understand that you may need a preauth and hold for credit card but feel that should be disclosed upon booking. Some people may have only budget for the amount booked for and not an extra $50 on top. Yes l know if all good you receive back but still needs stated. Also our power was out while there and noone called nor came to room to insure it would be back on.
