Positives: The price, location, close to everything. I did like the woman who was working when I checked out. She was nice and made me feel welcome, even tho I was leaving.
Negatives: The room was nice and clean, the toilet could've used some extra attention, I did appreciate that it was a smoking room, but maybe have an air freshener for the person renting the room. TV remote didn't work hut not a big deal. Only thing I can say I didn't like was the gentleman working the night of Nov. 15th. 2024. Not sure if he was tired. Or had a long day, but he could've been more friendly, especially since I've never been to the city. At least asked me if my trip there was ok? But he just made me feel like a jerk for asking for an extra pillow. He could've just said there were extra in the room. I was under the impression my room had a single bed. Which that's all he needed to say

Negatives: The room was not clean when we arrived. The bed linens were full of animal hair and were not clean. The mattress had staining along the edges under the linens. Even after requesting the room be cleaned the linens weren't changed and the touch points and floors were filthy.
