the first room they put us in had a light hanging off the ceiling in the bathroom and it was dripping water, had 1 light work, and the lock didnt work. asked to move to another room and it was dirty but alot better.

The room doors go right outside. Which was convenient. Location was decent.
Negatives:
Booked because of the pool. Which look like it hadn't been open in a year or two. Very disappointed kids!Really need to remove that amenity. Then a found a bug on the pillow an the front desk acted as if it was our fault. They weren't very friendly about it. Our door key wouldn't work the front desk said that we were starting to be a problem. Needless to say more things were evident. This was lesson well learned for our family! WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY OR BE BACK ✌️
