Positives: It was affordable.

Negatives: Needed to be cleaner. Room was shabby. Peeling paint, dirty tub, dirty toilet seat. No where to hang my clothes. Dirty, old ironing board. Cobwebs in room. Heater not installed in wall properly. TV screen was not functioning properly. Outside of property run down. I didn’t sleep, because I was grossed out, and didn’t shower. Wanted out ASAP.

Negatives: Absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the bathroom. Filthy carpets through the room and building Never steam cleaned. Sticky floors, soiled, very worn out linens and towels. Smelled of urine. Affordable though.
