Moe at reception is super friendly and is what saves this place from a worse review, honestly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean; that's all I really ask for at a budget hotel and this place meets that standard.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The TV wouldn't work for me. Whenever I turned it off it wouldn't come back on. The staff member said just change the channel, but that didn't work. He came to help me when we first got there but in the morning I just gave up.

It was a super modern room & the bathroom was high end class for a "cheap" hotel. The exterior did not match the room. Meaning the exterior was dumpy looking but the room was modern and comfortable.
Negatives:
The dumpy looks of the exterior and the parking lot was not smooth at all

Check in was easy and the man was very nice that checked us in. Good location and it was nice and quiet at night. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Their elevator is out of order and really wish the room had a coffee maker.

This was better than I expected. I was unsure about the red roof but the rooms were cleaner then other hotels I have stayed at in the same area.
Negatives:
The elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage up to the 2nd floor. The staff however did offer to help.

Served it’s purpose.

Location was good close to restaurants and bars.
Negatives:
The elevators were not working. We arrived around 4:40 pm and we had booked a king size bed that was already paid for. All of the rooms on the main floor were taken and we would of had to have a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down. We were told the only that could be done was the manager was willing to upgrade us to a double queen room on the second floor for free, which he said was a $40 upgrade. Well we we 2 seniors who didn't need 2 beds, we wanted the king, but couldn't manage the third floor. We were stuck since we already paid paid for our room at the time of booking and they knew it. We would have left for another hotel. We hobbled up the flight of stairs, all while the manger said you guys can do it. We have stayed at this hotel previously and never will again.
