Price was affordable. Friendly staff. Convient booking, check in process. King size bed was comfy and clean. The comforts of home feel.
Negatives:
A safe/lock box fee was charged up front eventhough I didnt use this feature. My coffee maker was broke. A piece was missing and I wasn’t able to make coffee in the morning :( The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The caulking in the bathroom was poorly done and made the facilities seem not as clean. The check out process seemed impersonal as I was forced to go to another door and talk to the teller through a tiny window.

They wouldn’t service my room, even after been asked to do so a number times. Had to re use my dirty towels, go out and buy shampoo and toilet roll. Smell of drugs around the property. No place to do laundry even though it is advertised. Very bad experience overall and would not recommend

The room was filthy. The toilet didn’t flush well. The tub didn’t drain well water damage on the ceiling. Dead flies. The tank on the toilet was loose. Lamps broken plugs didn’t work. Tub was filthy. I would like to know how to go about getting a refund.
