Positives: Convenient location for our visit, but access road was difficult to find

Negatives: There was no refrigerator or microwave. There were spiders and cobwebs in both the bedroom and bathroom. They charged us for using the in room safe even though we did not touch it. We had to call to receive our refund. As a smoke free facility, we did not appreciate smokers standing right outside their doors smoking in the adjacent rooms.

Positives: Dirty and the rooms had a garbage and smoke smell. It was a non smoking room but the smoke smell was terrible

Negatives: The room was dirty. The first room they sent us to was dirty and not cleaned. The second room they put us in the air conditioning didn’t work. We ended ip in a third room. The air conditioner worked but it smelled like smoke and the room was dirty. The guy at the front desk was very friendly but we were disappointed in everything else.

Negatives: AC is too loud that i have to keep it off during sleep, and many colledege students made too much noice in the midnight. Because of the poor noice isolation, I woke up 3 times during the night.

Positives: Good Value

Negatives: The staffs respones were bad. I was staying for 18 nights, I was traveling from Japan. I sent email stating that my flight was delay about 6 hours at that day. I arrive about 1 am, but nobody there. I stayed in another hotel. The following day when I checked in the staff did not feel guilty at all. They said my first night couldnt be refunded. It seems like they did not work for 24 hours. Very bad experiences.
