Everyone at the desk was very nice and greeted you when you entered the main building. Breakfast was nice and different options each day. Staff was always cleaning up and refilling as needed during the breakfast service. The room was perfectly clean including the full kitchen. Great location with tons of food and shopping in walking distance. Free parking close to your room.

There was only a plug for a phone charger on one side of the bed.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working, as it was a cooler weekend and we were looking forward to relaxing in it in the morning and evening. The pool water and hot tub water was the same temperature.

Our keys to get into the building had to be reprogrammed multiple times a day, then one of the front desk people said they had been having trouble because that door needed to be "charged".
The pool could have been beautiful however, it was not clean, very cloudy.

Ran out of bacon half hour before breakfast over, only put out three quiches at a time with area full of people, elevator makes freight elevator noise and outdated, pool shut down abrubtly and drained with no totice, my packages were held at desk and I was never told they were there until I was checking out. They had held it there for two days without notifying me they had it. I was grossly overcharged after waiting FORTY minutes to check out because I was told I STILL OWED 400 plus dollars and I told them impossible! They couldn't/wouldn/t provide me a printout of what they were referencing, what I was being charged without checking me out which couldn't be done with a balance. When I asked can they at least show me the screen there was a -400 plus listed and I told them that is a SURPLUS,NOT WHAT IS OWED. The entire experience was horrible, they put us behind almost an hour in our planned time to hit the highway which caused us to be late getting home and attending another event in a timely manner! They went in and put figures in the computer until they came up with a zero balance. This made my room charge just about DOUBLE on Friday night than rest of week! It is incorrect!
