Positives: Everything! Location for shopping, proximity to Franklin Park Conservatory, and the zoo. Also loved having a kitchenette for some dietary issues. So nice to have the extra room also.

Negatives: I really dont have one complaint except that the pillows had an odorall of them. The linens were clean but they need to wash and Clorox the pillows underneath.
