Had breakfast last day as we were leaving. Free for our room experience while there. Delicious and great service while at breakfast.
Negatives:
Room was not cleaned, reported to management. Was taken care of. Another time ran out of tissue and room was not sufficiently supplies with face cloths. Bed, mattress was lumpy not comfortable.

Never got to eat breakfast. Kinda slow, may have been short staffed that day.

That some of the electrical outlets didn't work. The iron leaked so you couldn't fill it up for steam. No phone in the room so would have to use my cell phone to call front desk. Also had to get room key redone every night.

Location is the only reason we chose to stay here. It was our second stay here in three months for close proximity to events we attended at Capital Square. The view is nice, and walking distance to events like the Ohio Theater, restaurants, etc.
Negatives:
The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Our stay in April there was a water leak from the shower, in the wall soaking an area of the carpet near our bed. During the stay last week, the staff checked us into a room that wasn't available because it was being painted, and the room they moved us to had bad plumbing issues. The toilet wouldn't flush. Everything in the rooms appears to be left there since the 80s. For the price, there are many nicer places to stay.
