Positives: Absolutely nothing! Worst experience with a Marriott hotel EVER!
Negatives: Here goes - the AC did not work, there was NO hot water for 2 days, neighbors in one of the rooms was fighting & banging on stuff so I notified someone at the front desk they did absolutely nothing. Parking is a pain in the back side. Stay somewhere else!

Positives: Our room's air did not work properly. They came to fix it once, but we woke up and it was 77.
Negatives: The listing is for The Plaza, the building says Sheraton, and when you walk in it says Marriott which was VERY confusing.

Positives: The staff was helpful in poor situations
Negatives: Yes the rooms all were in disrepair.cuts in carpets damage to walls and furniture. Ac was barely working and I heard multiple people complained they didn't have water. The hotel was generally dirty dust everywhere cobwebs ect.

Negatives: I checked in for an overnight stay. The next morning as I went to shower I found that there was no hot water in the room. I was not notified at check in there was a problem nor was I offered any compensation. Unacceptable.

Negatives: Only one elevator out of five worked, AC hardly worked, only straight scalding hot water, then only lukewarm in the morning. By far one of the worst stays for the amount we had to pay. I would have rather spent half the money and stayed at a holiday inn

Positives: Location and the original amenities that are still intact such as the fitness area. The rooms are a good size. Parking is convenient in the garage.
Negatives: There is no maintenance. Rooms are missing lamp shades, knobs, paint was done on the bathroom but a poor job. Paint on handles and the fire sprinkler still covered up by painter's tape. Management needs to go through the hotel room by room and do repairs.

Negatives: Upon entrance to room it was outfitted with only 2 bath towels, there were no garbage receptacles and the bathroom door jammed and could not be opened from inside. These are general items that should be a standard review.

Negatives: Rooms not well-maintained. Had three different rooms; none were 100% fine. I never change rooms. Bathtub full of water with towel in 1st. No water in 2nd shower. No toiletries in 3rd. All dirty w/wallpaper patches and general sketchiness. Stay elsewhere.

Negatives: The room was not as clean as I thought it would be. Dust on the desk and phone. Also heater was blowing cold air. Complained to the management and they brought me a space heater but that would only heat one area. Had to move to another room.
