The front desk team was absolutely horrible. Upon checking in I was informed that our towels and linens would be changed and trash would be taken out as well. This did not happen once, I was attending a festival that was dirty and expected clean towels and sheets upon returning.
The water in the hotel takes forever to get warm.
The WiFi is absolutely useless. I had to turn off my WiFi to do anything on my phone.
Upon checking out, the staff didn’t seem to care much about any of my concerns.

It was a nice overall experience! The hotel was clean and had nice decor and furnishings that gave it an upscale, home feel. We enjoyed our time swimming in the heated indoor pool, was surprised by all of the kitchen supplies that were provided including pots, pans, and silverware. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection as well.
Negatives:
My only complaint is that the bathroom door didn't close smoothly and actually had to really be forced closed to latch. It also made a loud noise when released and opened, due to the pressure it took to close it.
