Shower didnt have hot water and the temp of the room would not go above 66 no matter how high i turned the thermostat. It was 22 degrees outside and a snow storm

I didn't like that the pool was closed and the hot tub was closed those were the reasons I stayed there I enjoy those things I didn't like somebody else's pizza box in my room someone else is used pizza box in my room I didn't like that I was freezing the entire time I was there because there wasn't barely any heat if you turn it up it gets maybe to 64 if you're lucky and it was extremely cold this weekend so if this is what you offer I'll never go back I'm a Hilton person I always go to Hilton and I decided to try you out and I'm not a complaining kind of person I can't believe I'm telling you this but it's probably the worst place I've stayed in years

My room 120 was right behind the very noisy elevators. The elevators apparently need maintenance or an upgrade. No sleep the first night, put fan on all the time with low tv noise and because I was exhausted, I did get some sleep the 2nd night.

This hotel was no longer the Doubletree like advertised in the booking. And glass was all over the parking lot due to car break ins .

The hotel switched from a Hilton to a Wyndham during the morning. The hotel is no longer a Double Tree or a Hilton. They assured me my reservation would switch over. It did not. I wrote my reservation on paper. The hallway was on disrepair. The room was passable. I had to leave the next day. I cancelled my reservation because I was told it no longer existed and I did not want to be charged. So I basically stayed on the physical building for 16 hours but I did not stay in the Double Tree by Hilton.
