Room never cleaned over 4 day period. Bad pillows. Bed too soft. Restaurant charges, but we didn’t use the restaurant. No lobby coffee. Very uncomfortable sofa.

Pulling out of the parking lot there is a hump that makes pulling onto the road more difficult

The location and the rooms were great. The staff was friendly also extremely accommodating.

The beau restaurant menu was pretty limited ( their staff was great though) and it seemed like they were behind on some basic maintenance/ housekeeping of the hotel especially the windows.
