I booked a suite online days before arriving. Upon arriving the front desk said they had an issue with my room and it was no longer available. The front desk put me in a subpar room, and refused to refund me any of my money. I paid for a king suite and was placed in a king standard. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I understand mistakes happen but refuses to do anything in response, is just plan bad business.
