If you cancel your reservation after Sep 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: It did not feel safe. I was in a basement type room. The safety lock on the door was broken. Someone's used soap in the shower and towel on the door. It was just an unsettling experience. I always stay at Extended Stay, but will never stay at this location again. I chose another location for my 2nd night on my trip. Much better experience at the 2nd location

Negatives: The fan in the bathroom to remove odors and ran all night, we reported it but nobody came to check it out, The AC unit is right next to the bed and it clicked on & off all night. It was difficult to sleep All night.
