Staff were all very pleasant and professional, particularly front desk staff. Cleaners did a wonderful job preparing the room, it was immaculate when we arrived. Facilities were new and well-maintained, and while that particular stretch of hotels & restaurants is a bit of an eyesore, the hotel's exterior & interior appears clean and charming.
Negatives:
There was a significant amount of road work being done along the road leading to the hotel (obviously not the hotel's doing), and garbage trucks rolled through as loud as possible at 5:25 AM.

When we arrived after 6 pm the desk clerk said they were overbooked and had no rooms We had a reservation confirmation and PIN number But they turned us away. Yes they still charged me and no refund for room!
