Very dirty. Badly need of necessary renovations. Housekeeping really unacceptable. Walked on floor with socks, filthy. Would never stay here again.

Close to the Airforce to watch the eclipse, movie thatre and close by restaurants.
Breakfast was alright. Had a waffle machine, cereal, fruit, granola bar, coffee, milk, juice, bread, bagel, cream cheese, pb, peanut butter, jelly.

King bed suite...
Sink outside the bedroom leaked was told would get 10% stay but never did. Glass to closet was broken was not fixed. Found broken glass pieces on the ground. Door to outside patio was broken. Stove half didn't work. One burner didn't have parts. Kitchenware had no pots only plates and bowls. No hair dryer really disappointed.
Suite with 2 queen bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Non of their numbers worked on booking.com ot website on Google. Had to ask employee for a working # and he gave his personal number. No ice machine.
Always take pictures of broken stuff when arriveto any hotel so they don't charge u. And reimburse u for deposit.

Run down, not clean, room was horrible and falling apart. Cracked walls, holes in cabinets and counters. Lights not working, curtains stained and not hanging right. Horrible hotel and experience.
Positives:
Friendly and polite staff. Quick check-in. Nice continental breakfast: clean, decent offering, pleasant environment.
Negatives:
Floor of the room was rather dirty. Shower/tub faucet were somewhat broken. Housekeeping person left room unlocked, hoodie in the room, and suite was cold (on a cold day) upon entering. Thermostat seemed to not always work properly.

All of it. The room didn't even look like it was clean. Stains on the sheets and bed. I had my son with me and I didn't feel really safe and almost the whole time I smelled Marijuana... I do not recommend this place..

Staff was very nice, but room we booked was not available. They either would refund and send us another location or give two rooms. We chose the two rooms. The toilet was broken, but repair was quick. The phone lines were all down, but walking to the office was not far. The beds were comfortable but misshapen as one side was squished and gravity took over.

There was no indoor pool like the site said. The temperature wouldn't regulate it kept going from 69 then it was 83 in the room. I don't recall seeing on the site that I would have to pay a deposit when I arrived. There were big chunks of food on the bed

The room was large enough. It was sufficient. It had a full kitchen.

The stove top didn’t work. It had patched fixes all over. The tub was not clean, and the had no washcloths. They were stingy with extra towels- as in turn in your old towels to get new ones. I understand they have a problem with the. Disappearing. Count them later or something but don’t punish everyone. The WiFi was no good on phones. We couldn’t log onto the browser to connect even with the password. Worked on the computer though.
