I have nothing nice to say. My room was not ready at check in. Restroom in the lobby dirty. I was moved from 3rd floor to the 1st. Room was not any better shades broken and taped to the window, bed cover and towels had yellow stains.
Positives:
It is in a safe area with all major stores/restaurants in close proximity. It was in a central location to the events I was attending (University of Dayton Arena and the Nutter Center). Pros: indoor swimming pool & continental breakfast.

My shades were broken; there was rust and hairs in the bathtub and on the ceiling.

Check in was easy and quick. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was clean and nice size. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access to two restaurants.
